Quick Credit appoints Romeo Sheshie as new CEO
Mr. Romeo Richlove Kweku Seshie has been appointed the new CEO of Quick Credit and Investment Micro-Credit Limited, a ten-year-old microcredit company regulated by the Bank of Ghana.
Until his appointment as CEO of Quick Credit, Romeo Seshie was the Managing Director of Quick Credit and the second to Quick Angels founder and CEO Mr. Richrad Nii Armah Quaye.
Romeo is a savvy financial management staff and motivated professional accountant, auditor and financial analyst with over 10 years of industry experience.
He has played a key role in preparing senior management’s strategic plans, providing financial analysis and leadership, leading and implementing balanced and sound strategies while ensuring financial stability.
Speaking on his appointment, he recounted his journey of how he rose through the corporate ranks, expressed his sincere gratitude to outgoing CEO Mr. Richrad Nii Armah Quaye and reiterated his commitment to the company. outlining his plans to bring the company to the highest level.

Mr. Richard Nii Armah Quaye commenting on the appointment of Romeo said; âIt has become necessary to hand over the baton at this time of our business. We have grown impressively and prosperously. I am very confident that the new CEO will lead the company to the finish line. I guarantee him my full support at all times. Giving loans without collateral or guarantor is not easy here in Ghana, especially when we do not take any form of deposit or investment and do not take any susu from our clients. Mr. Seshie’s announcement came in December 2019 at Quick Credit’s grand durbar to mark their 10th anniversary.
Romeo is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant Ghana (ICAG).
He holds a Masters in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Diploma in Accounting and Information Systems from the Regent University College of Science and Technology.
He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Accra Polytechnic; and also Advanced Executive Certificate in Financial Management from the Leadership and Entrepreneurial Training Center, Tema.
He is a Certified Credit Administrator from the National Banking College in Accra and also a Certified Tally Accounting Software Administrator from the IPMC.
Currently, Romeo is a finalist at the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Ghana and also a finalist at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)-UK. Romeo enrolled at Central University of Ghana to pursue an LLB in 2018.
